Ag repair company’s dealer database was severely outdated with most contacts gone or no longer in sales-facing roles — making it impossible to deploy a digital marketing campaign.
Strategy
Multi-phase “Big Grilling Giveaway” campaign using direct mail postcards + email outreach + social media + landing page entry + inside sales phone verification + winner announcement + 12-month personalized follow-up nurture program.
Result
Updated database with appropriate contact information and increased the database by nearly three times with new contacts in sales, marketing and repair services employees.
