Challenge
$30M electronics company operated with fragmented marketing systems across multiple platforms, creating data silos that crippled efficiency. Campaign deployment was painfully slow and sales teams couldn’t access the customer data they needed to close deals.
Strategy
Integrated HubSpot, BigCommerce and Acumatica platforms and built cross-functional marketing team and implemented automated workflows.
Result
Unified system enabled faster decision-making and better customer insights across all touch points while expanding reporting capabilities and saving money.
