$25M fintech startup struggled to communicate complex agricultural finance topics to prospects, resulting in stagnant database growth and poor lead quality. Customer understanding of services was limited, directly impacting conversion rates and revenue growth.

Strategy
Simplified complex topics through explainer videos + audience segmentation + automated workflows + optimized website.

 

Result

Grew marketing database by 227% in 12 months while increasing MQL-to-SQL conversion rate by 67%, resulting in a 2.3x increase in sales pipeline value.
