My Role: Director of Marketing/Team of 4 plus outside lead generation contractor

Challenge

In an effort to diversify revenue and deliver manufacturing services beyond agriculture, Ag Express needed to develop a brand that wouldn’t confuse existing future or existing customers. Enter Integrated Circuit Works — a new division solely focused on non-ag industries.

Strategy

Separate brand identity + dedicated website + targeted SMB manufacturing campaigns + distinct positioning + workforce multiplier of hiring vendor with specialized outbound cold call email to reach target customers.

 

Result

Generated $450K in qualified pipeline in first 6 months, with 3 quotes per month averaging $150K—exceeding initial projections by 40% and successfully establishing presence in new market segment.
